Cancellations and "no show" appointments cost our talented and busy staff money. We understand that sometimes adjustments
are necessary but we request you reschedule or cancel your appointments with at least 24 hour notice.
Clients who cancel or "no show" two appointments without 24 hour notice will be asked for their credit card number to schedule future services. You will be charged the full price of the service for any missed or canceled appointments.
We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's own personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
